l.The special grounds of the motion for a new trial, when considered in the light of the notes of the trial judge qualifying his approval of the grounds, are without substantial merit.

2. The verdict was authorized by the evidence and the overruling of the motion for a new trial was not error.

Judgment aflvrmed.
