Richardson v. State

Opinion of the Court

Bkoyles, C. J.

The evidence raised a strong suspicion of the defendant’s guilt, but was not sufficient to authorize his conviction, and the court erred in overruling his motion for a new trial.

Judgment reversed.

Luke and Bloodworth, JJ., concur.. W. D. Aultman, W. 0. Cooper Jr., for plaintiff in error. Charles H. Garrett, solicitor-general, contra.
