Bullard v. State

Bullard v. State
Georgia Court of Appeals · Decided October 6, 1925 · Luke
34 Ga. App. 453; 129 S.E. 668; 1925 Ga. App. LEXIS 309

Bullard v. State

Opinion of the Court

Luke, J.

The charge of the court, in the absence of an appropriate re-

quest for fuller instructions, was sufficiently full and fair. The evidence, though conflicting, authorized the verdict; and the verdict, having the approval of the trial judge, can not be disturbed by this court.

Judgment affirmed.

Broyles, O. J., and Bloodworth, J., concur.
