Raines v. State
Raines v. State
36 Ga. App. 315; 136 S.E. 556; 1927 Ga. App. LEXIS 52
Raines v. State
Opinion of the Court
The defendant’s conviction was dependent upon circumstantial evidence which, in our opinion, did not meet the requirements of the law. For this reason it was error to overrule the motion for a new trial.
Judgment reversed.
