Parker v. Goff

Opinion of the Court

Luke, J.

There was some evidence showing title to the cattle and hogs in question in the defendant in error, and the verdict, approved by the trial judge, can not be set aside on the general grounds of the motion for a new trial. There is no merit in any of the special assignments of error.

Judgment ajj/L-med.

Broyles, C. J., and Bloodworth, J., concur.
