Under the answers returned by the Supreme Court to the questions certified to it in this case, the court properly dismissed the petition for an accounting, brought to the court of ordinary against the administrator of the plaintiff’s deceased guardian. See Eason v. Kicklighter, 167 Ga. .. (144 S. E. 770).

Judgment affirmed.
