Holt v. State

Holt v. State
Georgia Court of Appeals · Decided January 9, 1936 · Broyles
52 Ga. App. 358; 183 S.E. 215; 1936 Ga. App. LEXIS 629

Holt v. State

Opinion of the Court

Broyles, O. J.

Since all persons who aid and abet another in the commission of a misdemeanor are guilty as principals, the evidence amply authorized the defendant’s conviction of the offense of possessing whisky; and the grounds of the motion for a new trial show no cause for reversal of the judgment.

Judgment affirmed.

MacIntyre amd Guerry, JJ., concur. L. M. Wyatt, L. B. Morgan, for plaintiff in error. L. L. Meadors, solicitor, contra.
