Opinion of the Court
1. In this suit against a municipality, for unpaid salary on account of the alleged unlawful discharge of the plaintiff before the expiration of the alleged period of employment, the court directed a verdict for the plaintiff and refused a new trial, as in City Council of Augusta v. King, ante, 111 (187 S. E. 268), and City Council of Augusta v. Kelly, 53 Ga. App. 589 (186 S. E. 222). The ordinances in
