Mawyer v. State

Opinion of the Court

MacIntyre, J.

The verdict finding the defendant guilty of unlawfully possessing intoxicating liquors being supported by overwhelming evidence, this court is bound to hold that the trial judge did not err in overruling the motion for new trial, containing only the general grounds. The certiorari was properly overruled.

Judgment affirmed.

Broyles, O. J., and Guerry, J., concur.
