Williams v. State

Williams v. State
Georgia Court of Appeals · Decided September 24, 1941 · Gardner, Broyles, MacIntyre
16 S.E.2d 770; 65 Ga. App. 844; 1941 Ga. App. LEXIS 437 (South Eastern Reporter, Second Series)

Williams v. State

Opinion of the Court

Gardner, J.

This ease is controlled in principle by the decision in Williams-v. State, ante, 843. The evidence was sufficient to authorize the jury to find against the plea of autrefois convict, but insufficient to support a verdict of guilty.

Judgment reversed.

Broyles, O. J., and MacIntyre, J., concur.
