Georgia Court of Appeals, 1941

Pilgrim v. State

Pilgrim v. State
Georgia Court of Appeals · Decided February 1, 1941 · Broyles, MacIntyre, Gardner
13 S.E.2d 867; 64 Ga. App. 679; 1941 Ga. App. LEXIS 495 (South Eastern Reporter, Second Series)

Pilgrim v. State

Opinion of the Court

Broyles, C. J.

The verdict was authorized by the evidence. The single special ground of the motion for new trial is not argued or insisted on in the brief of counsel for the plaintiff in error, and therefore it is treated as abandoned. The denial of a new trial was not error.

Judgment affirmed.

MacIntyre and Gardner, JJ., concur.
