Jackson v. State

Jackson v. State
Georgia Court of Appeals · Decided September 15, 1944 · Broyles, MacIntyre, Gardner
31 S.E.2d 421; 71 Ga. App. 552; 1944 Ga. App. LEXIS 154 (South Eastern Reporter, Second Series)

Jackson v. State

Opinion of the Court

Broyles, O. J.

The defendant was convicted of an assault with intent to rape a seven-year-old girl. The evidence, while in sharp conflict, authorized the verdict; and the two special grounds of the motion for new trial show no cause for a reversal of the judgment.

Judgment affirmed..

MacIntyre and Gardner, JJ., concur.
