Broyles, O. J.

The defendant was convicted of an assault with intent to rape a seven-year-old girl. The evidence, while in sharp conflict, authorized the verdict; and the two special grounds of the motion for new trial show no cause for a reversal of the judgment.

Judgment affirmed..
