ORDER After an independent and de novo review of the entire record, the undersigned concurs with the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation, doc. 11. No party filed Objections to the Report and Recommendation. Accordingly, the Court ADOPTS the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation as the opinion of the Court. The Court DISMISSES Plaintiff's Eighth Amendment and equal protection claims and all of Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Dozier and Meriwhether. The Court also DISMISSES Plaintiff's request for money damages against Defendant Tarver in her official capacity and Plaintiff's claims for compensatory and punitive damages against Defendant Tarver in her individual capacity.' Plaintiff's retaliation claim against Defendant Tarver shall proceed.
