Supreme Court of Georgia · Decided July 9, 1897 · Little
102 Ga. 574; 27 S.E. 679; 1897 Ga. LEXIS 602

Inman v. Gate City National Bank

Opinion of the Court

Little, J.

The grant of injunctions and the appointment of receivers being, to a great extent, within the discretion of the chancellor, where the evidence is conflicting upon the substantial equities relied upon to obtain the relief sought, his judgment refusing an injunction and the appointment of a receiver will not be disturbed.

Judgment affirmed.

All the Justices concurring, except Cobb, J., disqualified.
