Opinion of the Court

Simmons, C. J.

Where the indictment charged the accused with the larceny of á “ fawn-colored Jersey heifer about eighteen months old,” and the proof showed the larceny of a fawn-colored heifer, this was a fatal variance.

Judgment reversed.
