Lane v. Georgia Loan & Trust Co.

Lane v. Georgia Loan & Trust Co.
Supreme Court of Georgia · Decided January 28, 1901 · Lewis
112 Ga. 702; 37 S.E. 971; 1901 Ga. LEXIS 65

Lane v. Georgia Loan & Trust Co.

Opinion of the Court

Lewis, J.

This being a ease in which there was conflicting evidence, the court did not abuse its discretion in granting an interlocutory injunction and appointing a receiver, thus preserving the status until the issues of fact can be duly settled by a verdict at the final hearing, and a judgment entered in accord with the law applicable.

Judgment affirmed.

All the Justices concurring.
