Moore v. State
115 Ga. 582; 41 S.E. 985; 1902 Ga. LEXIS 483
Moore v. State
Opinion of the Court
There being no complaint that the court erred in any ruling made-during the progress of the trial, or in charging the jury, and the evidence,, though circumstantial, being amply sufficient to support the verdict, there was no error in- overruling the motion for a new trial.
Judgment affirmed.
