Rouss v. McClure Ten Cent Co.
115 Ga. 928; 42 S.E. 219; 1902 Ga. LEXIS 646
Rouss v. McClure Ten Cent Co.
Opinion of the Court
There was no error of law of which complaint was made, and the evidence was sufficient to support the verdict. The trial judge did not, therefore, err in overruling the motion for a new trial.
Judgment affirmed.
