Duffel v. State
Duffel v. State
116 Ga. 92; 42 S.E. 394; 1902 Ga. LEXIS 34
Opinion of the Court
There being no error of law complained of, and the evidence, although entirely circumstantial, being sufficient to warrant the verdict, the judge did not err in overruling the motion for a new trial.
Judgment affirmed.
