1. The motion for a new trial properly presents no ground other than that the verdict was contrary to law. Griffin v. Henderson, 117 Ga. 382; Owens v. State, 120 Ga. 209.

2. The evidence was conflicting, but sufficient to sustain the finding that the defendant was guilty of manslaughter. The verdict having been approved by the trial judge, this court will not interfere with his judgment refusing to grant a new trial. Judgment affirmed.
