Atkinson, J.

1. The petition was not subject to general demurrer. Shaw v. Georgia Railroad Co., 127 Ga. 14 (55 S. E. 960); Chatman v. Southern Railway Co., 124 Ga. 1026 (53 S. E. 692, 6 L. R. A. (N. S.) 283); Lavier v. Central R. Co., 71 Ga. 222; Cleveland v. Central R. Co., 73 Ga. 793; Brunswick & Western R. Co. v. Gibson, 97 Ga. 489 (25 S. E. 484).

(a) By the terms of the order the judge only sustained the general demurrer, and does not appear to have ruled upon any of the grounds of-the special demurrer.

Judgment reversed.
