Brown v. Bible
Opinion of the Court
The plaintiff in this ease brought suit against the administrator of the estate of the plaintiff’s father, to recover for services rendered after his death to his widow. The defendant pleaded that the estate was not liable for such services. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff. Held, that the court erred in overruling a motion for a new trial on the ground that the verdict was unauthorized by the evidence.
Judgment reversed.
