Newton & Bros. v. Fruit Dispatch Co.

Opinion of the Court

Fish, C. J.

1. The assignments of error upon the ruling allowing the petition to be amended, and various rulings as to the admissibility of evidence, are not well taken, and are not of such character as to require elaboration.

2. Under the uncontradicted evidence and all reasonable deductions therefrom, a verdict in favor of the plaintiff was demanded, and its direction was not error. Judgment affirmed.

All the Justices concur.
