The assignments of error based upon the admission of testimony, in so far as sufficient to raise any question for decision by this court, and upon exceptions to designated portions of the judge’s charge, have been examined, and are held to show no cause for reversal. The evidence authorized the verdict, and the judgment of the court overruling the motion for new trial will be
