The assignments of-error in this case, except where expressly abandoned, are controlled adversely to the plaintiff in error by the cases of Jones v. Hicks, 150 Ga. 657, and Neville v. State, 152 Ga. 205, and the authorities therein cited.

Judgment affirmed.
