Banks v. Banks

156 Ga. 682; 119 S.E. 519; 1923 Ga. LEXIS 306

Banks v. Banks

Opinion of the Court

Beck, P. J.

The motion for new trial in this case contained the usual general grounds, and there were no exceptions to any rulings of the court pending the trial. There was evidence sufficient to support the verdict; and it having been approved by the trial judge, this court will not disturb that judgment.

Judgment affirmed.

All the Justices concur.
