Ellington v. State

Opinion of the Court

Hill, J.

The motion for new trial contains only the usual general grounds. The jury were authorized to find the defendant guilty of murder; and the trial court being satisfied with the verdict, we cannot disturb it.

Judgment affirmed.

All the Justices concur. Lester G. Liclcson and B. D. Murphy, for plaintiff in error. George M. Napier, attorney-general, E. M. Owen, solicitor-general, and T. B. Gress, asst, atty.-gen., contra.
