Per Curiam.

The trial judge did not err in overruling the demurrers to the petition.

Judgment affirmed.

All the Justices concur, except Atkinson, J., who dissents. J. E. Chapman and A. W. & John G. Cozart, for plaintiff in error. George C. Palmer, contra.
