APPEAL FROM THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT (CASE NO. 1CSP-XX-XXXXXXX)

ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS APPEAL WITH PREJUDICE (By: Leonard, Acting Chief Judge, Hiraoka and Nakasone, JJ.)
