Chunq Kelfihananui, it appears that we lack jurisdiction to hear and adjudicate plaintiff's claim of discrimination. §§§ HRS § 602~5 (Supp. 2009). Therefore, IT lS HEREBY ORDERED that the complaint is dismissed.
