IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Opinion of the Court, filed on December 13, 2013, is corrected as follows:

1. On page 9, line 15:

Insert quotation marks around the word “drops” and add “(sic)” so that as corrected the line reads: a person who moves the “drops” (sic) in the concert hall.

2. On page 65, line 8:

Delete “§”

The Clerk of the Court is directed to take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
