ORIGINAL PROCEEDING (CASE NO. 1CCV-XX-XXXXXXX) ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION (By: Recktenwald, C.J., McKenna, and Eddins, JJ., Circuit Judge Johnson and Circuit Judge Tonaki, assigned by reason of vacancies)
