See Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaiʻi (RSCH) Rules 2.7(c) & (d) (2019); see also RSCH Rule 2.1 (2022); Hawaiʻi Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 8.5(a) (2022). Respondent’s exercise of that discretion does not constitute an abuse of discretion.

See In re Disciplinary Bd. of Hawaiʻi Sup. Ct., 91 Hawaiʻi 363, 371, 984 P.2d 688, 696 (1999). An extraordinary writ is unwarranted. See id. It is ordered that the petition is denied and the motion for stay is denied as moot.
