Board of County Commissioners of Lemhi County, Respondent, and Pioneer Bank & Trust Company, Citizens’ National Bank of Salmon, Lemhi Valley Bank, Appellants, ante, p. 285, 251 Pac. 619, the judgment is reversed. Costs to appellants.
