Suit for damages for personal injuries. Judgment for plaintiff upon remittitur against defendant railroad company. Suit dismissed as to defendant McAdoo, director general of railroads. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Frank Johnston, Jr., Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1920. Reversed with finding of facts.
