Action for damages for personal injuries received in a collision of plaintiff’s bicycle with defendant’s delivery auto-truek. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. M. Ii. McKinley, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1920. Affirmed.
