In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Third District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Reyes, case No. 3-02-0482 (10/18/04). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Allen, No. 99977, ___ Ill.App.3d ___, ___ Ill.Dec. ___, ___ N.E.2d ___, 2006 WL 1512248 (6/02/06), to determine if a different result or analysis is warranted.
