In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Graham, case No. 4-05-0741 (07/28/06). The appellate court is directed to remand the case to the circuit court with instructions to review the motion for a new trial on its merits.
