In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Delgado, 368 Ill.App.3d 985, 307 Ill.Dec. 104, 859 N.E.2d 104 (2006). The appellate court is directed to reconsider defendant's petition under a plain error analysis.
