In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Second District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Rubio, 392 Ill.App.3d 914, 331 Ill.Dec. 986, 911 N.E.2d 1216 (2009), and reconsider using the manifest weight standard.
