In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First *1070 District, is directed to vacate its order denying leave to appeal in Shirley v. Kumar, et al., case No. 1-09-2680 (11/05/09), to allow the interlocutory appeal, and consider the matter on its merits.
