In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in People v. Brooks, case No. 1-07-2446 (05/20/10), and remand the matter to the circuit court with instructions to allow defendant to file a successive post-conviction petition.
