In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in People v. Conway, case No. 1-17-2090 (09/13/17), denying defendant's Motion for Leave to File Late Notice of Appeal from the Order of September 13, 2016 and Motion for Appointment of Counsel. The appellate court is directed to allow defendant to file a late notice of appeal and to appoint counsel.
