Supreme Court of Kansas, 1905

State v. Krapff

State v. Krapff
Supreme Court of Kansas · Decided March 11, 1905
71 Kan. 841; 79 P. 1133; 1905 Kan. LEXIS 240

State v. Krapff

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam:

The state did not help its case by using the deposition of Peter Krapff, the owner of the property. It was necessary to show knowledge on his part that the premises were used for unlawful purposes. (Cordes v. The State, 37 Kan. 48, 14 Pac. 493). The deposition of the owner tended to disprove this.

The judgment is affirmed.
