8 Ky. 233; 1 A.K. Marsh. 233; 1818 Ky. LEXIS 61

Trabue v. Coleman

Opinion of the Court

The Chief Justice

delivered the opinion of the court.*

This is an appeal taken from a judgment quashing a writ of restitution. There is no exception taken shelving the grounds upon which the motion was made, or the decision given; and as the court may have acted on grounds dehors the record, it is impossible for this court to say that the circuit court has erred.

The judgment must be affirmed with costs.

Absent, Juboe Lobas.
