For the reasons assigned in the opinion this day handed down in the consolidated cases of Lafayette W. Cooper et ux. v. Henry C. Garrett and Mrs. Edna Gay Veronie v. Henry C. Garrett, La.App.,6 So.2d 209, it is ordered that the judgment rendered in the case of Mrs. Edna Gay Veronie v. Henry C. Garrett from which an appeal was taken to this court, be and the same is hereby affirmed at the cost of defendant in both courts.
