For the reasons assigned in the opinion in the consolidated cases of Murphy Trahan v. Leon Lantier and Placide Comeaux v. Leon Lantier, La. App., 33 So.2d 136, this day handed down, the judgment in the above entitled cause is hereby affirmed at the cost of defendant in both courts.
