This suit was consolidated for trial with the case, of Walker v. Consolidated Underwriters, La.App., 47 So.2d 67 and appealed to this Court from East Baton Rouge Parish, which companion case was disposed of by this Court this day.

For reasons assigned therein, the District Court Judgment dismissing plaintiff’s suit herein is affirmed.
