Opinion of the Court
For the reasons this day handed down in the consolidated cases of Mrs. Edith Hunter Sanders, and Alfred F. Sanders, for and on behalf of his minor child, Nonie Lee Sanders v. W. T. Grant Company, La. App., 55 So.2d 89, the judgment appealed from in the case of Alfred F. Sanders, etc., v. W. T. Grant Company is affirmed.
