For the reasons assigned in the matter entitled Duplantis v. Locascio, 67 So.2d 125, decided by us this day, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that there be judgment in favor of defendants, Mrs. Pearl B. Duplantis, et al. and against the plaintiffs, John A. Locascio, et al., rejecting the latters’ demand at their costs.

Judgment reversed.
